My journey to the United States was driven by a desire for safety and freedom, but instead, I faced mistreatment and detention for over two years. Despite the denial of my asylum case, I remain committed to fighting for justice and advocating for the rights of marginalized groups and communities.
Through ELOI Ministries, I've dedicated myself to supporting vulnerable individuals and families, both in Uganda and here in the United States. Our Vermont chapter, established in 2021, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to serving and empowering new Americans and our local communities in general.
